The "Cayucos Creek Barn" would like to help you make your next event or wedding day a hit!
300 Capacity • Over 3,200 sq. feet of barn • 25 acres • ample parking

RATES : Approx. $2,500 for the weekend, up to 100 guests.
(A weekend = Friday - 9AM till 5PM, Sat., 9AM till midnight and Sunday 9AM till 5PM)
$3,000 for 100-200 guests, $3,500 for 200-300 guests. 300 max.
A deposit of 50% of the total, is required to secure date. We also
require a refundable $350 cleaning deposit. You will get back your $350, only if you
leave the barn as you found it by Sunday noon. We required to be named additional insured.
