RATES : Approx. $2,500 for the weekend, up to 100 guests.
(A weekend = Friday - 9AM till 5PM, Sat., 9AM till midnight and Sunday 9AM till 5PM)
$3,000 for 100-200 guests, $3,500 for 200-300 guests. 300 max.

Barn Rental includes 150 metal folding chairs and 20 older rectangle tables (you will need table coverings) 2 propane umbrella heaters. Available interior & exterior lights. Real Restrooms. Private stalls and double sinks with hot water and vanity mirror. Outdoor sink with hot water for caters. Black walnut bar with below bar refrigerator. Two RV sites with hookups. Portable Fire Pit.

BARN RENTAL FEE (HALF DUE WITH APPLICATION, TO SECURE DATE) REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE OF $350 REQUIRED. Cleaning and damage deposit will be refunded, if premises are left in the same condition as rented.
Cleaning shall adhere to the owner's standards, please leave as found. Deposit will be refunded within one week of the event. REMAINING 50% FEES & CLEANING DEPOSIT ARE DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE EVENT

LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED WITH A COPY OF LIABILITY INSURANCE

The applicant, for him/her/self or the above organization plus all members thereof, if applicable, have read and fully understand and, further agree, to abide by the policies and procedures as stated in the rental policy. General instructions to Users, misrepresenting facts will jeopardize this Contract and Accompanying Liquor Application, if Applicable. The applicant is fully aware that all fees on deposit may be forfeited if there are any violation of terms of this agreement. The applicant or organization understands and agrees that they shall accept all risks for loss, damages, injury, liability, cost or expense that may occur during or as a result of the use or occupancy of the facilities. The applicant further agrees that they will save, defend and hold harmless, The Cayucos Creek Barn and/or it's members or agents from any of the aforementioned risks.
